The purpose of the Group iD division is to define, develop and influence the operation of the brand, in all its communication, ensuring consistent brand behaviours and brand experiences.
The success of any brand is determined by certain factors. First, consistency in everything it says and does. If the Company branded is not consistent, it will dilute the message it wants to carry fourth. When the company is congruent, it means the brand is authentic. It means it is internally what it projects externally. If the two do not match up, people will recognize it as a lie. The brand Identity is a promise made about what the company branded will deliver. Therefore, how it delivers it, and how it expresses it, has to be consistent, authentic and memorable.
